I wanted to thank you very much for sending the extra dividers and pads for my 676 sling-backpack. The smaller dividers worked perfectly. I was able to use them to create compartments for such items as spare batteries and rechargers. They were also low enough to allow me to place my lavaliere microphone on top of them without creating any sort of a problem. There is also enough space leftover to include a set of head-phones.

I have included a picture of my backpack configured with the smaller compartments. Hopefully it can be of help to any of your customers who are looking for a backpack for their Sony HDR-AX2000 camera.

Dear Sir:

Back last August and September I emailed you several times about the sizes of your various bags. At the time, I was preparing to take a trip to Italy and was concerned about carry on sizes that would fit a small, regional jet.

I wanted you to know that I ended up getting the Canyon bag after trying it out at Spartanburg Photographic here in town. I found that the bog worked very well for me fully loaded with a D40x, a D90, two lenses, and a couple of filters. It was comfortable and not too heavy. I did have a little trouble fitting it into the overhead of the regional jet but was able to get it to fit by playing around and moving the straps around. [I also decided not to take my monopod].
