"Hey Micheal,
I thought maybe you would appreciate to know just how rugged your product is. I used the Niagara case for both my camcorder and camera fastened to my waist strap all the way to the top of the tallest mountain in South America (Aconcagua). It performed flawlessly.

Thanks again, Wes"

"Just received the Niagara bag today, it is awesome! I cannot believe what a versatile product you make. I will certainly buy more bags from you in the future when I need them, thanks again!

"Aloha Michael, I received the Niagara bag and I was very impressed with the thought that went into the production of the bag. Lot's of little extras which any camera enthusiast would appreciate. The Niagara bag certainly exceeds the standards of similar products. I showed my new bag (which will be used to hold a small digital camera) to my dad and he too was all smiles and really liked what he saw. He's a camera / gadget man who appreciates quality products. My dad actually purchased a small bag for the digital camera from another company but was disappointed at the poor quality and 'cheap' look when he received it. He actually told me to throw it away. So, the M-Rock bags are a winner to us. I'm sure my dad will be shopping online with M-Rock soon. But shhhh! Don't tell my mom. She gets upset when the UPS truck comes and asks my dad, 'What did you order now?' I'm getting that same response at my house from my wife too...'What did you order now?'

"Michael, I got the cases several days ago, Thank You! I am extremely glad that I did not go with the brands I was finding in all the local stores. I could not be happier with the quality of your cases.

Thanx again, John Krayeski"

"Great products. And the modular attachment system is brilliant. I have a Nikon D60 with 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 AF-S DX VR lens, and 55-200mm f/4-5.6G ED AF-S DX VR Zoom Nikkor Lenses. Sometimes I don't want to carry the tele zoom, but when I do, the modular attachment is really convenient.

Thanks, FE"

"Michael, It's been over a year since I got three of your bags (Sierra, Ozark and Niagara) and the belt. While I have only used the belt a couple times, I have used the bags very extensively and am shocked that they still look brand new. My only issue was a plastic clip which broke early on but you replaced it instantaneously and without any hassle whatsoever. Top notch.

I'm not an extreme outdoor photographer by any means, but I do a lot of hiking and kayaking and such. I always have at least one, if not two or all three of my M-Rock bags with me. The versatility of your designs is amazing.

I figured I'd also let you know that my [rather large for its class] Minolta 7D fits perfectly in the Sierra with room at the bottom for a 2nd lens, and plenty of room at the top to stuff in the neck strap as well. I keep a wide zoom and a walk around zoom in that camera, with one on the camera body and one laying at the bottom of the bag, interchangeably. In my Ozark is a 50mm prime lens, and the Niagara carries a big telephoto zoom lens. So that's one big SLR and four separate lenses covering the range from 17 to 300mm, all instantly available to me wherever I am!

The bags handle the weight and bulk of all this -- pus 2 spare batteries, a CF card, about 12 filters of various diameters, my 7D quick reference, notepad, 2-3 pens, and a compact cleaning kit, plus one rain cover (for the Sierra) -- with ease. The bags are organized so I can literally grab them all at once or just one or two, depending on my needs.

My wife is also happy as the bags have room to spare, which keeps my ever-growing list of filters and accessories in one place! I'm really glad the guys at Prime Color Photo in Worcester, MA pointed me in the right direction. :-)

I just wish I had more stuff that needed your bags.." - Cheers Jeremiah

"Last year I spent considerable time researching what was to be my first SLR camera, and a digital one at that. I thought the weeks of research for the right camera was mind-numbing at times, but then I started the search for accessories, including a quality case for my expensive first 'real' camera! After much reading I settled on an M-ROCK due to all of the positive feedback and what looked like a well thought out design and implementation.

In November 2006 I bought my camera and went to check out your bags in person. As one who has spent a decent amount of time backpacking and being familiar with outdoor gear I was very impressed with your product. I quickly settled on the Sierra, and also purchased two Niagara's to attach to either side for when I would be carrying additional lenses and gear. I also bought the modular belt as with having children and a dog, being hands-free is important!

This system has been very comfortable to carry all day, even when also carrying children etc. and it has racked up many miles as I've traveled both near and far with it.

Overall I have been very impressed with how it has held up. The exterior, after a quick wipe down, still looks relatively new and most importantly of all, my equipment has been with me when I needed it and is completely undamaged. Your weather protection system has been wonderful and has kept my gear dry, dust-free and well protected even when the environment got a little nasty. Thank you for creating such a great product.." - Marc Ferraby

"Gentlemen - I received my first M-Rock Order (#378) yesterday afternoon and am very pleased with the quality and the overall design concept of the Grand Canyon Camera Bag and Niagara Lens Pouch I ordered from you last weekend. Your website does a very good job of depicting the good quality of your product line but it doesn't begin to show their high level of quality. It is refreshing to order something 'sight unseen' and discover it's even better than you originally thought. I will be ordering another Niagara Lens Pouch soon!"

"I wanted to let you know that yesterday while backcountry skiing, my Sony camcorder (HDR-HC3) that I paid $1300 for a year ago took about a 200 foot fall in a Niagara case and survived. I hadn't attached it well to my waist belt and when I popped the clasp to take my pack off the camera and case hit the 50 degree ice and rocketed end over end down the snow. After tumbling 180' it finally bounced off a rock, hit another, tumbled some more, flew off another rock before it came down and slammed into a boulder where it stopped. I have attached a picture of the fall zone for you(upper right of photo, may have to zoom in). My ski partner said it was hauling ass when it flew by and it looked like it was moving from my view too. If you had seen this thing go, you would have said no way that camera survives."

"Well, not a scratch, dent or anything. No rattles from the inside, and it works perfect. Unbelievable. Best 20 bucks I could have spent. I bought that case because of the easy access when climbing and skiing, but did not expect it to be that tough. Also like the fly. I have used it on a year's worth of backcountry skiing, Mt. Rainier, and a couple of times on peaks of 18,000'. Your cases kick ass!!! Oh, and one other thing, the Sony HDR series fits in the Niagars like a glove w/ room for filters and an extra tape.
Thanks & Regards," - Dan Bowers

"Dear M-ROCK - I received my High Sierra camera bag today.  It was well packaged, and I'm very happy with the bag.  I had the Niagara lens bag previously, and I'm very impressed with the way they mesh together.  Beautiful workmanship.  - Thank you," - Larry Peer R.N.

"Michael - the High Sierra and Niagara bags are just what I needed for my 828. I just ordered the modular belt and a Biscayne Bay (to hold extra batteries). I can't tell you how pleased I am with the M-Rock bags! The carrying handle on top, the all-weather covers/rain flaps, the padding, and the shoulder straps are the best I've found. I've used bags from other manufacturers and it is so nice to finally have one that does it all!
Thanks again for all of your help and for exceptional bags!" - Mark Lockhart

" I was shocked when I received my camera bag because I was not expecting it to arrive so quick with standard shipping. Very impressed. When I opened the box I was even more impressed. I purchased the High Sierra and the Niagara to take my Rebel XT and a spare lens hiking. Both bags are very well made and well designed. This is very high quality stuff. My XT fits easily in the High Sierra, with the 17-40 L lens and the lens hood on in the ready position. The pockets are perfect for an extra filter or two and a few extra CF cards. On top of all that, the bags have numerous attach points for a number of carrying options, which is important to me, and come with some very high quality straps." - Daryl Faust
