" Mike -- Thanks for keeping me on the email list; always glad to read about a truly high - quality product. I bought a Yellowstone from you last year and it has lived entirely up to my hopes! In it, I carry my Fuji Finepix S100FS, spare battery, battery charger, polarizing filter, and spare memory chips. I found a nice small tripod which I strap on the bottom with the elastic cord. As you might remember, I bought the belt, too, so I can holster the camera and spread the weight from the shoulder strap to the belt (I sent you a photo, as I recall). I find, however, that the bag and strap themselves are quite comfortable; and when I'm engaged in active shooting I just hang the camera around my neck and can holster it in the bag just as a matter of convenience.

Just one problem, Mike: You made this M-Rock bag so well, and made it so useful, that I cannot see where in the future I'll ever need to replace it! Sorry"

Just purchased an M-Rock Yosemite Model 502. Best I've owned!!

First the website was super easy to navigate because it was intuitive. http://www.m-rock.com The site listed every camera by model that would fit in the bag so I was sure it would work when I received it.

Then, the camera bag had all features I was looking for and more - rugged materials & construction, easy to use belt CLIP, Velcro AND clip closures, carrying handle and shoulder strap. Even came with its own raincoat!!

Oh, and price was more than competitive."

"Mr. Rockwell, I just purchased a Yellowstone bag and a modular belt to go with it. I am using it to carry a Nikon digital SLR and lens which weigh about 6 pounds. After several hikes, I have gotten the straps adjusted optimally, and I am extremely satisfied with the stability, comfort, and accessibility which the bag and belt offer. Great product, great performance, and great value.

In adjusting the straps on the bag and the belt, several observations came to mind, and I thought you might be interested in them:

1. I bought your equipment to carry my camera with me on rigorous hikes. I conclude that suspending the bag with 5+ lbs. of camera equipment, using just the straps sold with the bad, won't work. The weight on one's shoulders becomes extremely uncomfortable, and the bag is not stable when walking on rough terrain. Adding the modular belt, however, distributes a portion of the camera's weight to the lower back, eliminating discomfort, and greatly stabilizes the bag.

2. I carry your bag in front in order to make room for a backpack and give me constant access to my camera. Being slightly stoop-shouldered, I find that the straps stay in place better (i.e. they don't slip off my shoulders), if I cross them, bandoleer-style, instead of wearing them as shown in the illustrations printed on your brochure."
