30 Day Money Back Guarantee!
M-ROCK offers a 30 day money back guarantee for any retail purchase made directly via www.m-rock.com for a full product refund. If you have received erroneous technical or size information from M-ROCK you will be given a 100% refund including outbound freight. If you are returning the M-ROCK product for size related issues, or for anything you missed that is shown on the web site there is a $5.00 return fee. The product must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase, in brand new and re-sellable condition. Please try and avoid opening and unfolding the shoulder strap(s) and removing the hang tags until you are sure you do not want to make a return.
Return Instructions
Please email customer service at mrock@m-rock.com and include; 1) a brief reason for the return, 2) the product being returned, 3) your name and 4) the date of purchase and you will be given return details. If you can save the order confirmation email and forward it back to us that would be ideal.
Exchanges
If you wish to change your item for a different M-ROCK product you must return it for a refund and make a separate new purchase. M-ROCK only has authority to make refunds and not new charges to your credit card.
Warranty / Defects
M-ROCK's will replace free of charge any defective M-ROCK product that has been purchased directly or through an authorized M-ROCK dealer. Most defects happen within a few weeks of use but M-ROCK does protect your purchase by offering a life time warranty if the product has been used for the intended purpose. The warranty does not include natural wear and tear. M-ROCK can only warranty defective products in the country they are purchased in, where there is an authorized M-ROCK distributor.
Defect Claims
If you are unlucky enough to have a defective bag the first step is to email a good image of the bag and defect to mrock@m-rock.com. Proof of purchase is required. Customer service will get back to you quickly. We promise we will deal with your claim quickly, fairly and honestly without any gimmicks.
