We want you to feel comfortable buying from mrock@m-rock.com and we back up your purchase with a 60 day money back guarantee for a full product refund. The product can be fully inspected but not taken in the field and used, as it will no longer be new and re-sellable. Returns must be received within 60 days of the date of purchase. Opening the shoulder strap(s) and removing the hang tag will not void a return, but please try and avoid it until you know you will keep the bag.

We want to help you choose the right bag(s) first time around. If you have any questions, especially size or fit related; please contact us in advance of making your order via 1-800-773-7067 or www.m-rock.com. We are usually available on the spot, or we will get back to you very quickly. Please do not order several bags with the intention of returning all of them except one. We are happy to help you should you request it.


Return and Exchange Instructions

Please save the "order process" confirmation email and forward it to mrock@m-rock.com including a brief reason for the return or what bag you want to exchange it for. If you no longer have the order process email please provide us with; 1) The product being returned, 2) your name and 3) the date of purchase 4) Condition of the bag, and if new you will be given return or exchange details.



Warranty & Defect Claims

M-ROCK guarantees that we will repair or replace any M-ROCK bag that has a manufacturer defect in workmanship and materials. This guarantee does not include normal wear and tear. If you are unlucky enough to have a problem please email a clear (condensed) jpg image of the defect to mrock@m-rock.com. If not purchased directly from this web site, proof of purchase from an authorized dealer must be provided. If purchased directly we have sales records dating back to December 2008. As soon as we have the image and proof of purchase we will confirm if the bag is defective, if it can be repaired or if a replacement will be sent to you.
