Our Guarantee
M-ROCK offers a Money Back Guarantee for any retail purchases made directly from M-ROCK. If the product does not meet the purchaser's expectations in any way, the purchaser may return the product to M-ROCK for a full refund less outbound freight. The product must be returned to M-ROCK in an unused and re-sellable condition. Please try and avoid opening and unfolding the shoulder strap(s) or removing the hang tag before you are sure you would like to keep the product.
Exchanges
Your M-ROCK purchase and credit card information is 100% secure. M-ROCK does not have access to your credit card number and only has the capability to make refunds but not additional charges. If you wish to change your item for a different M-ROCK product you must return it for a refund and make a separate new purchase.
Return Instructions
Please email customer service at mrock@m-rock.com and include either the original order confirmation email or the credit card confirmation email. If you no longer have them, please include your name, total order $ amount, product to be returned and date of purchase, so we can easily and quickly find your order to process the refund. Return authorization will be provided with this information.

Returns re: Size Problems
The interior measurements are listed next to every product and there is also a link to a list of 'what cameras that fit this bag'. If you are still not sure what M-ROCK bag is right for your camera, please contact us at 1-800-773-7067 or email mrock@m-rock.com. We will be more then happy to help you make the right choice. Please do not order several bags with the intention of returning all of them except one after you have tried them. We are happy to help, and we would like to reduce the risk of costly returns. If you need to return or exchange a bag due to size issues and you did not contact us first for advice, there is a $5 restocking fee.
Warranty
The Money Back Guarantee offer is in addition to M-ROCK's Warranty, which allows the purchaser to have the product repaired or replaced free of charge by M-ROCK, if the product has been used for the intended purpose, and M-ROCK believes the workmanship or the materials are defective. The Warranty does not include natural wear and tear.
A return authorization number is required before shipping any product back to M-ROCK
Warranty Claims
If you are unlucky enough to have a warranty claim, the first step is to email a good image of the bag and defect to mrock@m-rock.com and customer service will get back to you quickly.
